1) Before assembling rollers, smooth the sharp part of spare parts and do the deburring, also clean the inner holes of the roller body and oil seal ect.
2) Do not break and scratch any part of the sealing parts(such as oil seal ect.)
3) Do not oil and distort the rubber floating seal ring during assembling the rollers
4) A small amount of oil should be covered/coated on the contact surface while pressing the floating oil seal.
5) After finishing the assembling process,fill in 80% of clean extreme-pressure vehicle gear oil and confirm no leaking 4 hours later.
6) The color of rollers are per requested customers.
7) Track roller, carrier roller, idler are mounted with long life well sealed Duo-cone floating ring well sealed Duo-cone floating ring seal.
